अनुच्छेद 323 के तहत लोक सेवा आयोगों के प्रतिवेदन (Reports of Public Service Commissions) के बारे में बात की गई है। यह अनुच्छेद अपने पूर्ववर्ती अनुच्छेदों (अनुच्छेद 315, अनुच्छेद 316, अनुच्छेद 317, अनुच्छेद 318, अनुच्छेद 319, अनुच्छेद 320, अनुच्छेद 321 एवं अनुच्छेद 322) का ही विस्तार है, तो पहले के अनुच्छेदों को अवश्य पढ़ें।

अनुच्छेद 323 के खंड (1) के तहत कहा गया है कि संघ आयोग का यह कर्तव्य होगा कि वह राष्ट्रपति को आयोग द्वारा किए गए कार्य के बारे में प्रतिवर्ष प्रतिवेदन दे और राष्ट्रपति ऐसा प्रतिवेदन प्राप्त होने पर उन मामलों के संबंध में, यदि कोई हों, जिनमें आयोग की सलाह स्वीकार नहीं की गई थी, ऐसी अस्वीकृति के कारणों को स्पष्ट करने वाले ज्ञापन सहित उस प्रतिवेदन की प्रति संसद्‌ के प्रत्येक सदन के समक्ष रखवाएगा।

संघ लोक सेवा आयोग प्रत्येक वर्ष अपने किए गए कार्यों के बारे में राष्ट्रपति को रिपोर्ट सौंपता है, राष्ट्रपति इसे प्रत्येक वर्ष संसद के पटल पर रखता है।
